Recruitment numbers

A limited number of volunteers. Priority may be given to people who can support both conference days.

Recruitment period

Applications are open now. We will review requests as the operations plan is finalized.

Volunteer activities

Registration desk and badge pickup support.

Venue guidance and attendee questions.

Session room timing, speaker support, and queue assistance.

Social event and hallway support where needed.

Preparation

We will provide confirmed shift details, meeting time, and on-site instructions by email before the conference.

An advance meeting may be arranged if the final operations plan requires it.

Privilege

Volunteers may attend the conference free of charge when they are not assigned to a shift.

Official social activity access will be confirmed based on capacity and volunteer assignment.

Transportation, accommodation, and personal travel expenses are not covered.
