The second Steering Committee meeting was held on July 8, 2016. Executive committee confirmed the final of the CFP, and discussed about the preliminary conditions of conference.

The first Steering Committee meeting was held on June 7, 2016. Creating the concept of our event, confirmation of the venue and the sponsorship program, and the determination of the Program Chairman were completed by our executive committee.
